- Orders placed before 3:00 PM EAT (GMT+3) will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
- We process orders Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).
2. Delivery Times
🚚 Estimated total Delivery Times: 0-4 business days
- Nairobi & Nearby Towns: Same-day or next-day delivery.
- Major Cities in Kenya: 0-2 business days.
- Remote Areas: Up to 3 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer various shipping methods based on your location and urgency:
🚀 Express Delivery (Same-Day or Next-Day)
- Available for Nairobi & nearby towns.
- Orders must be placed before 12 PM for same-day delivery.
- Additional charges apply based on distance and package size.
📦 Standard Delivery (0-3 Business Days)
- Available for all locations in Kenya.
- Shipping fees vary depending on the order size and destination.
🏬 Store Pickup (Cash & Carry)
- Customers can collect their orders from our store at Libra House, Mombasa Road, Nairobi.
- No shipping fee applies for this option.
4. International Shipping
🌍 For bulk orders outside Kenya:
- We can arrange international shipping upon request.
- Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders are delivered Monday – Saturday (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you.
